Every product in the Sweet Freedom collection is made with love, care and expert skill, contributing to the global wave of ethical awareness and trade. We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase and receive the love with open arms!
If, however, you would like to return an item for a refund or to request a replacement then please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Sadly we cannot exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, unless of course they are faulty.
You also have the right to cancel your purchase, if you do so within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase we will refund your total purchase amount.

How to return:
1. Wrap the unused item in its original packaging
2. Complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery
3. Send it to the address given on the Returns Form. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage
When returning
Sweet Freedom ethical products, this will be at your expense (except, of course, if the goods are faulty). Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates (again, except where we have made a mistake). None of these terms affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Locations
Sweet Freedom currently delivers only to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.

If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions. Your credit card provider will apply the conversion rate at the time of the transaction; any refunds we make will be in GBP and are likely to be at a different rate to the original transaction
